Case study
From interviews with recruiters and candidates plus funnel analytics and support data, I translated pain points into a clearer information architecture, modern search & apply patterns, and a WCAG-aligned design system for Bindr. The result: faster discovery of relevant roles, a simpler apply flow, higher-signal candidate pipelines for employers, and a scalable foundation for the marketplace, employer tools, and integrations.
